A unique programme of support for potential High-growth businesses based within Leicestershire funded by Leicestershire Economic Partnership.

The High Growth Programme was open to any Leicestershire company that has been trading for up to 3 years. Eligible companies had to demonstrate that they had the potential to achieve a £1m turnover within 3 years of an initial visit to the company from the specialist high growth adviser.

If a company was deemed to have the potential for High Growth they received:

• Intensive one-to-one coaching sessions from a specialist high growth adviser who has real world business experience

• Access to up to 6 business support seminars delivered around key themes; for example:

• Developing Management Skills
• Business Planning
• HR
• Inland Revenue/Tax
• Marketing
• IT
• Managing Work Life Balance
• Patent Law
• Finance & Legal Requirements

• The opportunity to apply for a grant of up to £1500 for additional consultancy and business set-up costs.
