Business Builder project managed a Working Neighbourhood Funded contract with Leicester City Council for the co-ordination of pre-employment skills routeway courses from Febraury 2010 to April 2011.
The One Skilled Workforce Routeway Co-ordination Team was tasked with ensuring that eligible clients have access to pre-employment sector specific routeway courses which help to develop the skills and knowledge that employers within the different sectors are looking for. The courses are designed with input from local employers and contribute positively towards the future employment prospects of clients who successfully complete the course.
